Easter felt early this year, with the Lenten season beginning back in February. But what a beautiful season it was. Prior to Easter, JB completed his confirmation at the church and made a decision to profess his faith in Christ and remember his baptism (nearly 12 years to the day of his infant baptism at Northside Methodist Church in Atlanta.) Such a special time in his life and we thank God for his Hand in JB's life.
On Palm Sunday our family attended a Phil Wickham and Tauren Wells concert (special surprise guest Jamie McDonald who sings Maryn's favorite song right now, "Left it in the River"!). You could feel the energy and the Spirit in the arena, and what a powerful way to start the Easter week!
On Easter Sunday we celebrated our risen Savior with our church family and our community. The Ford hosted a lovely brunch and the kids completed with an Easter Egg hunt.
So thankful for our faith, our family, and all of our many blessings.
